5Rise Bingley shorted for Insider property award

4Urban's recently completed 5Rise shopping centre in Bingley was shortlisted at this year's Insider Yorkshire property industry awards for the Regeneration award.

Entries for the award came from property companies that made a real impact on urban or rural regeneration. 5Rise was one of three developments shortlisted at the ceremony held at Saviles Hall in Leeds at the beginning of October.

4Urban also sponsored the "Local authority of the year" category which was won by Wakefield Council.
